Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ResolveRight, you (or the organisation you represent) accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

ResolveRight is a SaaS product that helps MSP engineers generate professional ticket-closure messages, share credentials securely via one-time links, and run consistent closure workflows.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Workspace administrators may invite engineers into a shared workspace and control their level of access.

ResolveRight is offered on Solo and Team plans, billed in GBP via Paddle. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial; no payment is required to begin the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle and can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard.

You may not use ResolveRight to generate or transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content; to violate any third party's rights; or to attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service. Workspace administrators are responsible for the conduct of their engineers.

You retain all rights in the content you enter into ResolveRight (your “Customer Content”), including templates, notes, settings and secrets. We process Customer Content only as needed to provide the service, and we treat it as confidential.

Secure Links are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are destroyed after the configured number of views or their expiry. ResolveRight cannot retrieve the contents of a destroyed link; generate a new one and resend if needed.

You are fully responsible for any content generated using ResolveRight's AI mode and sent to your customers. While we strive for high quality output, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated text. Always review messages before sending. Use at your own discretion.

ResolveRight does not store AI-generated messages after delivery. Your notes and generated content are not used to train any AI model.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResolveRight's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are materially breached, or where required by law. On termination, we will remove your data in line with the retention windows in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
